These Terms of Service govern your use of this website, operated by Loupa Labs LLC (“Loupa,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

Pre-orders and payment authorization

Loupa products are offered as pre-orders ahead of our first production run. When you check out, our payment processor (Stripe) places a temporary authorization on your payment card to reserve your order. Your card is charged only if and when your order ships. If the production run does not proceed, is delayed beyond the authorization window, or you cancel, the authorization simply expires and is released by your bank — typically within 7 days — and no charge occurs.

Cancellation

You may cancel a pre-order at any time before shipment by emailing hello@loupalabs.com. Because your card has not been charged, no refund is necessary — the authorization is released.

Returns

Shipped products may be returned within 60 days of delivery for a full refund, no questions asked. Contact us for a prepaid return label.

Product information

We work to keep specifications, imagery, and availability accurate, but they may change before shipment. Where a material change occurs, we will notify you and you may cancel with no obligation.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, design, and trademarks — is the property of Loupa Labs LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loupa Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount authorized or paid for your order.

Supplement disclaimer

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Supplements support normal function and are not a substitute for veterinary care. Always consult your veterinarian before starting a supplement, particularly for pregnant or nursing dogs, puppies, or dogs on medication.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of CA, United States.
