When will my order ship?
Loupa’s first production run is being finalized now. Orders placed today reserve a jar from that run — we authorize your card at checkout and only complete the charge when your order ships, and you’ll get tracking by email the moment it does.
Will I be charged today?
No. Checkout places a temporary authorization to reserve your spot. If the run sells out or you change your mind, the hold simply releases on its own — no refund needed, because no charge was ever made.
How do I know which formula my dog needs?
Take the 60-second quiz — it weighs your dog’s age, size, and what you’re seeing day to day, then shows you the match and the reasoning. If you already know the problem you’re solving, you can shop the three formulas directly.
Can my dog take more than one formula?
Yes — the formulas are designed to stack safely (a senior dog with storm anxiety is a classic Move + Calm case). If you’re stacking, we recommend introducing one at a time, two weeks apart.
How long until I see results?
Plan on 3–4 weeks for the first changes and 6–8 for the full effect — these are nutrients building up, not drugs switching on. Coat changes tend to show first, joint and calm benefits build more gradually.
Is this a replacement for seeing a vet?
No. Supplements support normal function — they don’t treat disease. Sudden limping, severe anxiety, or major skin problems deserve a vet visit first. Loupa is for the everyday gap between “something’s off” and “needs medical care.”
What if my dog won’t eat them?
